What should I bring?
Comfortable riding attire (jeans and boots recommended) keeping the climate in mind.
Sunscreen

Where do we get to go on the ride?
It depends on which trail ride you choose. You can call us and we’ll meet your needs.

Can I take pictures?
Of course you can take pictures. Our guides will be happy to snap a few for you, too.

What kind of horses will we be riding?
Our barn is like a box of chocolates,  you never know what you’ll get.  We have paints, quarters, thoroughbreds, appaloosas, walkers or a mix.

Do I need any previous horse riding experience?
No.

What if I have medical problems (heart issues, back problems, etc.)?
You must be physically able to ride and stay on a horse safely. In extreme cases, it is staff decision. Let us know if you have any issues.

How long is the tour?
We offer a 2 hour trip or longer, depending on horses and group size or destination you choose.

How old do my kids have to be to ride?
There is no minimum age for trail riding. Eight is the recommended age for lessons, though.

Maximum weight to ride?
There is no weight limit. You must be able safely mount and dismount the horse, though.

Do you provide transportation?
No.
