In Scotland, in the area once inhabited by people known as Picts, musical instruments that are obviously frame harps are represented on six monuments. If the string is just the tiniest bit sharp, you might want to stretch it slightly by pushing on it with your finger. Please see my String Installation Guide for more information on installing harp strings on your harp. It's easier to read, easier to play but sounds exactly the same. They are light and portable: you could carry either model on the bus, or while riding a bicycle, and the Zephyr model even fits in the overhead storage of most airplanes.

We are always available for appointments, including evenings and weekends. We have experience redesigning strings for harps that have been damaged and repaired. Many people want to play with their dominant hand in the treble, so a left–handed person might play on their left shoulder for that reason. The harp and Celtic harp music has been an important emblem of Irish nationalism since the 10th Century. Now, you can take your harp out to the beach, or in the woods, and not worry about if it starts to rain, or mist, or if you bump your harp into a rock on the way. The term “ Celtic harp ,” however, refers to any harp that grew out of the Celtic tradition. All nylon strung, range: D bass(2 Octaves below Middle C) to F treble. In the 19th century, string instruments were made more widely available through mass production, with wood string instruments a key part of orchestras – cellos, violas, and upright basses, for example, were now standard instruments for chamber and smaller orchestras.
